Delaware School of Real Estate offers the 99-hour Delaware Real Estate Pre-Licensing course in a day session as well as an evening session:
 
  * Day session classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with a 1 hour break from 12:00 to 1:00pm)
 
  * Evening session classes are held Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 
 
Cost of the program is $595 which includes tuition and books. 
 
For Fall 2025, we will be holding both a DAY and an EVENING SESSION - day class dates are October 9th to November 13th; evening class dates are September 11th to November 25th. 
 
The format for our Fall classes will be LIVE DISTANCE EDUCATION via Zoom.  Students must have a computer with internet access (desktop, laptop or tablet), functioning video camera, microphone and speakers to participate in the live virtual instruction.  Students are required to remain visible on camera at all times during the class.
